Building user interfaces to visualize and interact with large iTunes content data sets. Building cross-functional solutions to improve the iTunes Store. Working with engineers, product teams, and researchers at many layers of the analytics stack to collect, visualize, and present results to a wide audience.

Designing user interfaces for data center infrastructure and power management software. Building Ajax-based UIs and analytics reports using ExtJS, Ruby on Rails, and PostgreSQL. Developed a customer relations management application to manage business processes for a rapid prototyping company. Streamlined quoting, order tracking, and shipping processes via a web application interface based on the open source package XRMS.

Managed local Red Hat Linux servers. Performed various system administrator duties, such as writing automated deployment scripts for our CRM software and creating employee-oriented graphical reports of company performance.
